So, on this last night in Guilin we went on a hunt for horse penis bijiu (later acronym-ed HDB…) In addition for our hunt for some very fine liquor (pictured above), we decided we wanted to indulge in some Horse Hot Pot, something other volunteers told us we had to try if we went to Guilin. Needless to say, shenanigans took place and all of us ingested more than enough horse parts.

Bros were stoked because of some apparent folk lore regarding the drinking of a horses penis soaked in bijiu…
